I think this episode could be considered the unofficial ending of season 4 if a season 5 had occurred. Esmail always had the conclusion decided and was writing episodes to get there but ultimately had a total of 13 episodes, thus declaring season 4 the final season.
When Dominique took out those gangmembers and killed Janice, I was jumping up and down in my chair. I'm SO glad the writers gave us that little "YES!! F--K YES!!!" moment when Dominique was able to do that 😁 I like how you are so invested in Dominique. For me, that shows that the writers and very much the actress did their job very well. Great reaction again. Buckle up.. almost there :)
The key is the one that popped up in Elliot’s withdrawal dream in season one. Mr Robot said”find your monster turn the key” and that end scene is probably the saddest in the whole show for me 😞
