I luv how Kenichi Tago is enjoying is games with a smile now than back then when he frowns and frowns like all the other players probably changed after meeting someone influential! ^-^

I feel sorry for Lee Chong Wei. I prefer to see him win one World Championship/One Olympic Gold medal than him winning 8 of this crappy tournament. He must have felt the same way too..rather trade these crappy titles for one major title.

Whoever denying Tago's credibility as Lee Chong Wei's opponent is plain stupid. Have you watched most of his matches against top players. He aint pushovers and can be potentially dangerous to even Lin Dan. Lee Chong Wei today had the home support behind him and he was a lot of faster than Tago on the court.. Give Tago some space and time to grow and we'll see how both of them compete on neutral ground

ikr they have the world number one, which means he is the best in the world and their still not happy, in England were happy just to get someone in the top 20 in the world :p

If I had won the Olympic games and reached 2 WC finals, winning one of them, I wouldn't really give a shit if I won the AE or not. :)

I guess anyone would prefer that, but it's still outstanding to win this anything but crappy tournament 8 times. WC aren't any better now since they bacame an annual event (except the year before Olympics), it's just like any Premier Superseries Event. You just add another 32 lower ranked players to the fray that's all. All England stands above it for me since it's older and has a better history than WC. It's like Wimbledon, try calling that crappy. And LCW has won it twice.

Tago became weaker than All England. I hope he will be stronger.

Very strange passive play by Tago in the first game.

I would never consider All England crappy. Firstly, it is not an easy tournament to win and secondly it is more or less the same as the World Championship. The only player who will say All England is a normal tournament is Taufik Hidayat because he always fail to win after 14 attempts.

Lol then this logic can be applied to any super series. And cut the crap about AE=WC, the only reason AE is revered is not the level of competition but its history. In terms of importance, Olympics > Asian Games > WC > all super series. Simple as that.
