I was 11 when this album came out. I saw Basketcase on MTV and that was all it took. This was the first album I bought on cassette tape with my own money, and it brought me about to learn to play guitar. I absolutely LOVE their earlier stuff like 1000 smoothed out sloppy hours, and Kerplunk. However I don't care for anything post Insomnia. keep it up brother! Great job!!!! ~N~

Mr. Ufret, Dookie was such an important album while I was growing, it defined a lot of people including myself. Thank you for this amazing video and look forward to listening to the other 13 songs you are going to play tribute for their 30th...... Please don't forget about Tre's hidden track 🙂..... Maybe I will come out of my shell and post some covers myself.
