Even though we know the concepts of where to use, we are not sure about how exactly to use. Could you please add these? 2. Futures margins is too high. Why do people interested to choose futures as Options premiums are cheaper compared to futures premiums. When people decided to use futures. I am very much confused and interested to know on this. 3. The stock roll overs happen automatically or we need to do it manually? 4. Does Option chain and any other data useful for trading in Futures? 5. i don't think we get extra bonus shares bcoz as we are dealing with derivatives we didn't get any dividend and same applies to bonus shares or what we called share splitting and at same time I'm also thinking about the lose same doubt I got
By buying or selling derivatives means you are looking forward to have some ownership of that particular stock in the future.. So why should they give u dividend when u r not their business partner at present... So they don't give you any dividends when u buy derivatives
