Washing a Christmas Tree skirt on Handwash, using Persil ProClean liquid & Downy fabric conditioner.
Wash temp is warm 40°C, manually set the water level to medium-low to give more room as the machine would have sensed as low.
Handwash has a very gentle wash action; a double deep rinse, and a very short slow 300 rpm final spin. The interim spin between the first and second rinses does a short 670 rpm spin to centrifuge the fabric conditioner out of the dispenser.

From the USA here. This washer is da absolute bomb! Notice the 225 degree swag of the agitator, anti-clog drain sequence . It's especially interesting to me, because most of what's available to us in the USA now, when it comes to top loading center post agitator washers is absolute crap, with the exception of Speed Queen's washers. But theirs are old technology; nothing new, they're just sturdily built. I've seen other videos of unique action and features of this washer, and I've never seen anything like it with other machines. Dean on your other video it looked like this washer was doing a slow centrifuge recirculate soak. Is that true?

+BroccoliBeefed eco active happens on most cycles but not all. Yeah essentially it's soaking with a high concentration of detergent and warmer water before the deeper cooler agitation phase. It can reverse temp like for grass stains, will do a cold soak then warm wash.

My IWL12 on Handwash and Creasables automatically raises the water level one step higher after the initial auto-sense selection. On Creasables it auto-senses the level, auto-senses the fabric, then fills to the next higher level (except of course if it's already at high). It does not increase if a level is manually selected.

i learned that this machine engages and disengages the agitation/spin by when it is filling the inner basket floats upwards with the water and it eventually presses against the underside of the outer basket and it stops it from moving too much and when it is draining after all the water has left the basket the agitator spins a short duration a few times to shake the inner basket down and allow it to spin

Yes that is right. The agitator flicks before agitate and spin to check that the basket has engaged for spin or disengaged for agitate. There is a clutch with cogs in the center of the basket when it fills above a certain level the basket floats above the cogs it is released from the agitator shaft. It lifts only about a cm or two. A nut at the bottom of the agitator stops the basket from lifting off completely.
