From the episode of the same name.
To set the scene - Cpl Agarn and Sgt O'Rourke (best buddies and illicit business partners) have had a falling out and aren't speaking to each other.
Captain Parmenter calls them into his office to resolve the situation.
And all this is happening the day before Fort Courage is due to win a citation for outstanding morale!

Even in his later years, Forrest Tucker was an imposing giant! Larry Storch was small and yet, could be intimidating at the drop of a hat! The chemistry between Tucker and Storch was top notch and flowed so well in each episode.

I believe it could have been renewed for at least a 3rd season. But I think a different studio bought out the studio that produced F Troop and they felt it was too expensive. Ratings as far as I know were still pretty good after season 2. Really was a shame, it was a genuinely funny show with such great talent and all worked very well together for sure.

Man, I love F Troop--especially as a kid! The first season opening and song was hilarious--it still cracks me up as a 59 year old. Ken Berry used made me laugh so much--and I had a crush on Jane. I hated the way he would treat her though--but she was nuts about him. LOL!

It's a great scene, what makes the episode even funnier is that everyone not talking to each other was happening the day before the troop was due to get an award for highest morale. :)

RIP to the departed cast. All funny talented actors,wrangler jane was underage and got part with a forged birth certificate . Didnt she get Handsy n kissy with Ken Berry on show ? Surprised that was allowed ? She held her own against a tremendously talented pool of actors
