F-Zero GX music "Lightning" 

all the gx songs are top notch, perfect for the crazy speed, but this song is the best!!!

This song just gets me pumped up!

I fucking hated mission 5, especially on the Very Hard difficulty. 50 seconds was hard; 45 seconds was really hard; but 40 seconds is just sadistic (and I not only beat Deathborn on Very Hard, but I kicked his ass). F-Zero GX is one evil son of a bitch.

Miyamoto just said in an interview he'd like to bring F-zero to the Wii U, because it would finally push it forward. He said there wouldn't have been enough to top GX in a Wii version.

It wouldn't really matter about developer support for an F-Zero title, since it's an EAD property and so it's internally funded. The source was EDGE magazine's interview with Miyamoto, I believe in the June edition. Whichever one had Crysis 3 on the cover.

If Sega was allowed to release a new F-Zero for the Wii, it would be the funnest online multi-player game ever.

@SpacePirateGrenadier well... all I remember is passing the 4000 marker. I was so exited about it back then, that I told almost all my friends about it (it all happened about 4-8 years ago, not sure)

This music fits VERY well with Thunder Road.

@Skrallizar That's interesting that you could reach 4000Km/h; I've only ever been able to hit 3124Km/h on a very specific instance.

"Welcome to the world of 2200km/h. Is that what they use in game? because I've gotten to about 4000. (I was using a very special tachnique allowing me to reach speeds of 2000, but when in free fall, while at that speed, it rose to 4000.) I'm not joking, no hack no cheats. (All though I would never be close to that record again.) Now I may (If lucky) Reach 3000.
