First experience with F-Zero was one of my online buddies streaming the GameCube one (I think) and getting beyond hyper mad about repeatedly not finishing a race in first, and it was a glorious 3 or so hours of basically non stop shouting, at some point he got so mad he for a moment forgot where the buttons were on his controller. I have liked it ever since. I might just play through it on a few emulators if I find the time. Great video, very entertaining! @

F-Zero X holds up quite well and is still fun to play nearly a quarter century after its initial release.

Pod Racer is one of the best racing games of all time

It holds a special place in my heart. I look back on it fondly- Star wars episode 1 [pod] racer. It's AI is pretty easy to beat. The textures of the terrain on the track can be really dated. It doesn't have multiplayer on the N64. It's far from the bast racing game of all time. And it's replayability once you've fully upgraded your podracer is low.

giggling at memories of Watto complaining about messing up his shop.. then you play just footage of F-Zero and I start jamming out. then it ends and ... . Oh man. Now I wanna listen to the soundtrack again. Also love that you keep memeing old Royal Rumble clips.
