@@hammerpaw7338 I think because the radios are supposed to be a part of the tactical game, and if someone is speaking a language no one else speaks it would be an unfair advantage
in Drive to Survive, he said that his favorite driver is the one who scored points for the team, so if both of his drivers score points, he will be nice to him. but still he’s a very nice person out of the track.

I mean, it seems like he always did. I remember seeing a compilation of the 2011 Canadian Grand Prix team radios and he had that exact tone of voice, and the same goes for when he was Icon's engineer
