F1 2020 Bahrain GP: Racing the Alternate Layout

I remember that Malaysian Grand Prix. Ben in the Merc, starting from p22, switched to inters at lap 55 and overtook Vettel and Rosberg in Turn 2, then Massa who was passed by Chilton(who was on the inters and unlapped himself) in sector 3, and Gina Webber just before the finishing line. Goosebumps

I’ve been buying many Mozart paintings lately because Ben reminded me of him

This is why I love online racing over Career Mode.

FOM should have three one off races around Bahrain: The main circuit, the outer circuit, the inner circuit.

So at 10:10 I was absolutely horrified I did that to you. But I can confirm when I was taking the turn, I had no clue you were dive bombing me until last second on top of the fact that I lost the back end. Very sorry about that but also very confused on why it pushed you that far. From my eyes it looked like we were racing pretty well and just gave eachother a love tap. Again, very sorry that happened. Really fun races tho, gg's!

That last win was intense!!!! I guess only the OG's remember the Malaysia 2013 career mode where Ben in a merc put on Inters and overtook Weber on the run up to the line.... That gave me goosebumps and this felt so nostalgic!!!!!!

18:46 about a month ago in a league race I was in the weather was clear - light rain - heavy rain - light rain - heavy rain - clear There was a safety car towards the final 8 laps and in still soaking conditions someone pit for softs from like P6, he was at the back for the restart and lost like 20 seconds in 3 laps, in the final 4 laps the track instantly became dry and he caught back up and overtook everyone left in the race like he was driving against 0% AI and he won the race in the final corner

Fact of the day: both Ben and LTU finished in the podium of ALL the Bahrain races! (both full and short layout) LTU is truly the unsung hero of these videos

Codemasters have already modelled most of the outer circuit, since it formed part of the endurance layout used in F12010.

That final race gave proper Malaysia F1 2013 season 2 flashbacks haha

I'm telling you ben, do more online mate! I appreciate your effort in Carreer Mode but Online is so much more entertaining for most people on F1 game I feel like. But anyway I enjoy that more, not sure about the other guys.

Also that Ferrari that yeeted you, yeeted me out the race at the start of that straight 😂 he was getting through some work

I love Bahrain short. Way better than the main layout. Wish we could select it in career mode.

Surely I’m not the only one that thinks that Codemasters should add the one-off races from this year along with next years calendar on the F1 2021 game. So Imola, Mugello, Portimao, Istanbul, Bahrain Outer etc.

I want to see this layout, but with turn 1 bypassed (using the tarmac that's already there, but seemingly has never been used in anger)
