I'll have to give that a try! But after a run I'll move the sliders and take a picture of it so I know where the good/great/optimal is. And by the end of p2 or half way through p3 I usually hit 100%. For F1 manager 23 they need to make it where they always show the previous setups and can tell you if the previous was good/great/optimal, always annoying to take pictures

They should only use 2 sets in fp1, then beofe fp2 starts put on the Mediums, they should only use 1 set and tell them to conserv tyres, then fp3 set the hards and they will only use the 1 set of hards. Obviously depends on the different tracks and tyre wears but bassically they will max use 3 sets of softs, 1 set medium and 1 set hards

The softs are currently bugged. Sticking with hards & mediums foe the races manages tyre temps

Using mediums and hards still requires you to give back a set of sorts even if you didn't use one

@@R3RS2024 they literally ignore run plans and selected compounds. I tell them to use hards or mediums and they just use 2 softs instead.

its good that you can do this but the right way would be doing it the right way and thats also to be better on it, i do all by my self and i always get 95+ in all my races with both my drivers, it takes time for sure but its also the fun to be able to get it right, but as i say great that this cheat can be done for those that not want to spend 1hr in training laps, its after all a singel player game so not any damage against other players if you use this

Although this might seem a bit like cheating, in a way its pretty realistic cuz IRL they have years of setup and track info and simulations in place before a race weekend that helps teams setup a great car which then gets fine tuned by the driver for the extra bonus

Thanks mate makes life so easier and credit to the other guy that provide software to do this I'm not a f1 fan but I do like the game and getting into it im currently with aston and the car is useless any idea on how to improve development of my car

Make sure to use all your Wind tunnel hours and CFD time they reset periodically, also for max performance slide everything to the right minus cooling or use the presets for a more balanced approach

As soon as you have a design slot open instantly get to work on a new part and also check future tracks to see if the part would be good for the circuit in 3 races time also for the sliders just put everything at maximum and use like 1-2 CFD and 10-20 wind tunnel

This works for both PC and Xbox however on Xbox it's a very awkward method which requires either a tablet or mobile phone that's why PC users will have this easy

Problema with simulate is the use of red tyres. It makes qualifcation impossible if you're middle of the grid.

Before you go to the simulate, I set it up for hard tyres and 60 lap runs. That stopped it for me.

Great method but I’d rather get the satisfaction of doing it myself. Less of an achievement to cheat to get it. To each his own though, if one is happy to cheat then fine.

After every practice session even if I use 1 soft compound it takes a 2nd to pirelli. Even if i use only medium it takes one soft also and with hards the same.... Leaving me with 3 new softs +1 of the Q3.. IS it bugged or we have to do something else? I tried to dix it using hard for instance and a set of intermediate for 1 round but it took the hard + one new soft back to pirelli.

Its an F1 rule. Two sets of dry tyres must be returned after each practice session whether you use them or not (unless it rains). So its best to use two sets in each practice. Hope that helps.

@@kostiskostis5408 hi, the Inter is a wet tyre so doesn't fulfill the rule (2 sets of dry tyres must be returned). I think it always takes Softs because of the limited amount of Medium and Hards available for practice. Regards.

It isn't cheating. Let's be real, every team has an idea of the setup for each circuit on the calendar. Nobody goes to Monza with max downforce or Monaco with none. This just makes it less time-consuming and less irritating. Not a chance I'm going to waste my time doing practice.

It isn't cheating. Do you honestly think Christian Horner and Toto Wolff even have to bother with the setups? Do you also think the teams don't already know a good setup for each track? All this does is save time - it is absolutely not cheating.

It works on some tracks not others, Baku tells me it's unable to find a set up and completely ruins the setup

Good but not always worth it. I tried it. With Danny ric it worked well. He got a 96. With Lando at the start of p3 he was at 64%. Couldnt risk the skip. Went on their suggested....up to 78. Did 1 last stint myself and changed them myself. Got 97. I can get mid to high 90's easily myself. It foesnt take half an hour. Send them out 20 laps fuel. 16x speed. Call in when 5/5. Change each wing once. Send back out. Repeat until p3 and then tweak it to in the bars.

I'm not sure you know how the calculator works... get your set-up based on the race track, sim session, and look at the slider location, yeah your engineers will change the sliders. take the slider position number and the comments and add those to the calculator, get a new set-up from the calculator and enter this into your car set-up. You should get consistently mid to high 90% and very often 100%.. this is per car, and you can do it after any session except at the end of session 3, obviously. I've stopped even this, and get acceptable numbers from a cheat sheet, do set-ups from the sheet, sim sessions, i'm pretty happy with anything in the 90%s, and get those consistently, getting to a 100% hasn't given me any obvious advantage.

@@RicardoSicks yeah. Since I posted I have now fully figured it out. Still refuse to skip all but the last session as for some reason....no matter what tyres you tell them to use they end up just using softs leaving me barely any for quali/race
