C6 Mika is better for damage, but Rosaria is more comfy for me due to her easy energy generation, crit rate buff, subdps, and phys shred. My Mika is C0 so I use Rosaria mostly.
Sure, He's great regardless of constellations. Though his C2 is pretty good to increase burst duration. Pulling Yelan is just a great choice in general due to how good she is.
