I don't have serpent spine, but i believe it's hard to keep up its stacks if you take damage. This team doesn't have shield so it might be rough.

This is kind of shatter Chongyun. But overall Shatter is just not worth going for since shatter damage scales with elemental mastery only, and without crit, the damage would be awful.
