I rarely subscribe to anyone, but subscribed to your channel. Love your commentary and detailed breakdown. Would love to see you do a free to play series from scratch, showing every step you take to develop an account. There are a lot of free to play stuff on RU-vid, but no one ever bothers explaining every step. The closest to every step is probably eherbad. Everyone starts off an account, suddenly they are level 32, next video they have 3 6 star champs already... a detailed breakdown of how they are playing the game would be useful
You know what @STV0202? I've thought about that topic. It's definitely a large time investment to do that kind of video series, but I expect I'll be doing exactly that some time in the fall. So thanks for the suggestion AND the subscription, and stick around!
@ColredPlaysRSL it would definitely take a lot of time. Which is why nobody does it this way. But I think its possible to show everything. Rather than showing the grind of 12-3 for 5 hours straight, you could show screenshots of what's being done. For example if you have 500 energy, show where you going to use the 500 energy, what is the outcome etc.
I've had a lot of ideas on this as well, so it's good to hear that other people would be interested in a video series like this. Thanks for all the suggestions! I'll keep the screenshot idea in mind. That could work well.
Check MobileGamernerd. He does a Mystery Shards only run. So, he's entirely free to play. And he beats hard content, with only rares, farmables and log in champs.
I love how you break down different aspects of the game. I think it would be helpful for a lot of people early on if you could highlight different strategies for different parts of the game, such as how to build a clan boss/fire knight team etc Thanks, and keep up the good work!
Thanks @DUNCdslr! I have been getting that suggestion quite a bit recently, so I am planning a dungeon series relatively soon - maybe right after this fusion event ends. So watch out for that!
And I love ASH! He's one of my favorite content creators, and I did think about Kurzad for this series. He's a void with 2 AOE hits and a 100% drop defense, so that's not too shabby. The reason I didn't mention him is because he's an ATK based champion who you probably have to take to 6-stars to get value out of, and I think there's less synergy for his kit in the faction. As a F2P player, I'd probably pass on Kurzad, but there's definitely a legitimate argument to be made for adding him to the list. Thanks for the feedback. Keep it coming!
It would be cool to hear your take on getting into the early stage of dungeons for early/mid game players. The way you break down and describe things to the T would be very useful to a lot of players. Such as team comps, strategy, stat priorities. You know, throw your own twist in there! Either way, love the content you put out. Always looking for the next video! Keep up the great work😁
I believe I can add that video to the list. I'm getting lots of good video suggestions, so that list is growing quickly, but I do think dungeon progression deserves a high priority. Thanks for the suggestion and the encouragement. I appreciate them both!
40:30 Lifetaker is worth ascending for diamond body. It makes her viable for eary-mid fire knight, especially if one doesn't have Gnut/Alure/Yakarl etc...
I can appreciate that call. I do think she's far above average as a rare, and clearly her best usage case is against Fire Knight. I actually leveled mine out when there was a Shadowkin Faction FK tournament. She did some work for me then, that's for sure.
Something to mention for ironclad, he is used in all the fastest teams for dt hard hp only secret rooms. Immortal with stun or immortal with toxic set and he’s a beast actually
That's true! In fact, I just started messing around with ironclad during the last DT rotation. Haven't quite worked out the kinks yet, but it's fun to watch him get healed and then stun a whole wave of enemies. I'm not convinced he's worth it for the faction crypt though, but I'm also happy to be proven wrong. Thanks for the tip!
I would love to see you discuss with mobilenerdgamer who only uses green shards and heroes that are available to all players. Both of your experiences could really enlighten players on the true value of heroes.
Castigator best rare healer Sacred Order Faction. Preserver needed for Rhazin fusion. Orcs Veteran really good but depends your pull luck. Demonspawns Petrifya Rockroot really good choice Clan Boss and Dragon Progression close Frozen Banshee. Only issue A3 4 turn cooldown requires Relentless or Reflex Set. Hexweaver and Judge really good for six stars. Spirithost good 40 50. Hexweaver Dec ACC debuff A1 solid support champ. Shadowkin Marauder decent rare Decrease Attack and Provoke and Shield himself.Nice Hp aura for use other areas only issue is slow than Odachi.
@furkanerdem4083 Some good call outs there. Just FYI, Petrifya was not in the game when this video was made. Otherwise, I would definitely have mentioned her. Thanks for the comment!
Just my 2 cents: With the release of the Shogun groove we now have a really good reason to build a Gnarlhorn for another place as an enfeebled targe. He awesome in this role as a champion who cannot weak it on is A1. If there is one faction where we shouldn’t need a rare reviver it is Lizardmen as everyone should be able to get Broadmaw.
Good notes @Eric-hy6nn , thank you! I haven't gotten into the Grove that much, but I will remember your advice when i start experimenting more in there.
Yeah, that's true. But sometimes you get two factions on the same day where you don't have a good rare. So, just to be safe, I've built a rare in every faction (though many of them only to 50).
lizardmen might dont have the best rares but they do have saurus as an uncommon which helped me a lot in a stun set since both his abilities are aoe. hes also awesome as your 7 second campaign farmer if u dont have someone like felhound.
@Schon1Kevin Yes, Saurus is one of my favorite uncommons. I build him to at least 4* or 5* on every account I run. Great champ! Thanks for the comment!
My friend is not a whale (probably a shark on occasions). He runs 4 bellowers + UDK for clearing Doom Tower normal & hard waves. All 4 bellowers are in Stun + immortal set & udk is in regen + immortal gear. I have never seen him Struggle with any wave whatsoever. I recently suggested him to try replacing bellower with banshee and run Undead Horde Faction Crypt 😁
@ajitarora-5215 That's funny! I mean, I can see it working just fine, but most players would never build 4 copies of the same champion, much less a rare. If I was a total kraken, I'd probably build myself 4 Seekers, just to see how fast I could go! 😆
@@ColredPlaysRSL ye but its still good for a new player like myself to get more used to all the champs and also to make it easier to organize all the champs I pulled. Thx to the video, I made some much needed room in my vault :)
@user-vj6eu8ve3w I know that some people really like him. Personally, I've never invested in him, so I don't feel like I can give you an informed opinion. Based on just looking at his stats and kit, I'd say he's solid. Not great, but usable. The best thing about his kit is probably the A1 slow and the double AoEs. I just hesitate to take rare damage dealers to 6-stars. With a few notable exceptions, rares generally don't produce enough damage to warrant the full 6-star investment. He could be one that does, but, like I said, I've never built him. Sorry I couldn't give you a more definitive answer. Thanks for the question, though!
30:00 Yeah...Frozen Banshee is an auto 6 star. At least I felt that way when I saw what she could do to CB. You don't even have to turn off her A2 for CB. Hilariously, her AI will not use it on any boss. She only uses that skill on waves/minions. Now if only the AI was that good for all champions...I'm looking at you, Gnut...wasting blessed bash on the minotaur minion...
Not sure that I agree Frozen Banshee is an auto-6. I think it depends on when you pull her. My first Lego on my 2021 account was Bad-El and like my 5th was Corvis. So I was all set on CB nice and early. Still, if anyone is struggling to get to NM clan boss, Frozen Banshee is a great budget option for progression.
@@ColredPlaysRSL Fair. In 2021, it was probably easier to get the champions you needed. IDK, I didn't start until the end of last year. I pulled FB when I was still using Ronda, Kael, Armiger, Heiress, and DIabolist for pretty much everything...early LOL!
Yeah, I honestly don't know. That would be interesting to investigate. While there are more champions in the game now than in 2021, there are also more good clan boss damage dealers than there used to be. Not sure which way the ratio has shifted. But my main point was that I solved my CB damage dealers on that account early on due to fortunate pulls, and I think that can still happen. Likewise, some players will struggle for a long time with clan boss because their pulls just don't line up for them. If anyone is in the latter group, FB can absolutely be a great solution. Again, not sure that makes her an auto-6, but it definitely puts her in the group of "rares to strongly consider." BTW - I love your 5-man team there. Those are 5 really good champions you'll get nice longevity out of. But yeah, FB is a definite upgrade in that squad.
Some very good points sir. I guess It really comes down to whether or not a player pulls someone they can use for CB early on or not. Everyone's account is going to be different. :)
There are so many good rare options for Faction Wars, but it can be hard to know which are the best for you. That's why I made this video. I hope it makes it a little easier to decide.
Hi, AllSeeing! Making alt accounts for your referrals is time-consuming, I know. I've done them too. Unfortunately, I'm incredibly busy with the new RU-vid channel that I've actually ditched two of my other accounts for the time being. Check reddit. You may be able to find a referral thread that can help. Best of luck!
