C1 is better use of primos than the weapon. Prototype amber works just fine.

Nah, step 2 is to get his signature on rerun :) Step 3 have a patience to farm his artifacts for about a year, because artifact RNG in this domain is crazy bad.

Yeah there's that but personally, I wouldn't spend that much primo for something I can bypass using 2 team slots 😅

@@NekoneChannel you can't because you can only gain 1 stack per 1 type of hydro reaction and you need 3 other elements to do that. At the same time it will only be worth the primo with a furina since hydro characters right now don't synergize with him.

Yes that's more ideal for consistency. I only said around 30 is the least amount someone can have so they reach 60% at the very least

No, 1:2 with greater allowance of error on cdmg because it’s just a greater roll than other stats, otherwise you lessen the value of a cdmg roll with abysmal crit rate further from 1:2.

@@sharp4ce378 lol 1:2 is just a general idea on what your builds should roughly look like but its not the end all be all in most cases. 34/200 is fine on neuv since MH 4pc has 100% uptime all things considered. generally the better crit rule would be getting as high as possible while keeping a decent balance without having to sacrifice too much of any important stats .

anything below 50% crit rate isnt optimal imo, ALL that cd just to have crappy cr?

i tested mine amber give better dmg compare to widsith.. with widsith my HP is 29k with amber 35k...this is really confusing

Nah prototype amber is still better due to its utility as passive…your team gets healed and on top of that also gets energy recharge and it’s more simple to refine? Hell yeah

well if u already have 200% crit damage, go for amber cuz the Hp going to benefit more. If you got less than 200% crit damage go for widsith i noticed this on a few of my characters and i believe it goes the same for neuvillette 😊

I'd agree even though being able to use a second hydro and getting 3 stacks still is quite insane as well

He would proc bloom quite often, but you'd need an off field electro like fiscal or yae miko to hyperbloom. Kuki is great for it too, but I'd imagine you're a bit far from your opponent since he's neuvillette

Like the electro slash of the skill, everytime that triggers with be it nahida with neuvilette, it works well, well enough, why dont you try it yourself though? Get all characters to at least 60/70 or 70/70 if you got nothing else

Prototype amber no contest. Widsith is too inconsistent because 2 of the 3 passive buffs are useless on him

The other guy beat me to it lmao, but yeah proto Amber definitely. The 2/3 chance of getting the useless buffs on him is just too big of a demerit tbh

prot amber for sure, widsith is too inconsistent and the fact that you cant make use of 2/3 of the buffs makes it lose alot of value

Yes to the HP% goblet if it has better du stats then any hydro goblets you have or don't have. Yeah r5 amber is good but even r1 is enough (r5 heals the team for more and gives more energy so if you got energy problems that could help). Most strongest is a c1 neuv with kazuha furina and baizhu. Furina is for the buff beizhu to help and give the first reaction and kazuha for buff for hydro dmg and debuffs on enemies via viridescent. neuvillette can be paired with beidou or raiden since they do interact with charged attacks or fishl for off-field support (reaction 1) then an anemo user for the shred via viridescent (reaction 2 swirl) and any healer you want but you best have a shielder or you can get knocked out of your charged attack (non issue with beidou) the healer should be a third element so you maximize his stacks. C0 and furina is the same dmg wise so if you have her you can use her but it won't be much better then a team with a third element. Hope this helps

Honestly hydro is far better than hp goblet I'm using trash hydro goblet over my 39 CV hp goblet

Hydro goblet is better but hp goblet will do for now ...I have hydro goblet with 2 hp substats and double crit..but none of those crit rolled..only hp rolled ..i still use it cause hp is also good for him(didn't worry too much about crit cause I have his signature which gives him 306 crit damage)and hydro goblet atleast for me gives better performance...

I personally prefer 35+ now since I adjusted my build, but you can go higher if you prefer crit consistency over higher DMG per crit

I have 22crit rate it just works fine atleast for me . i dont miss crits with neuvillette... i main characters like Navia ,xiao , yelan with 80%+ crit rate and miss crits all the time... 🥲 The critrate percentage is so unconvincing

i usually utilized rosaria's passive which is the additional 15% critrate whenever u use her burst and benneth's elemental burst buff, and eat dilucs specialty dish to add a significant amount of both crit and critdamage

if not C1 try as much as possible to avoid putting another hydro in his team (and no C1 is not worth it unless your going for C2 and just like the vid said might as well go for the weapon at that point) Neuv has a passive that stacks 3 times with CA damage 110/125/160% notice the large jump on the 3rd stack it whats make neuv's CA OP to gain stacks you need to proc hydro related reactions (the stack last for long so its not a tight rotation) having another hydro in your team means you only have 2 other elements to react from although you can do this in domains or abyss if the enemy lineup has elements since it doesnt matter which of your team procs as long as it happens the stack is applied if you want hyperbloom and want to avoid someone stealing the elements, just slap a geo char to do the crystalize it can proc the stack if it crystalizes hydro or anemo to swirl the hydro and it will proc too

well as long as you have the hunter set its gonna react 40% at least

Well i got lucky then i got a hunter hydro goblet with 7.8 cr and qround 28cd Edit :- I spent less than 1000 resins yet

the difference between hydro and hp goblet is literally 7% assuming prot amber and a mere 4% assuming sig, its not enough to be worried over imo, if you have a good hp gob just use it while u passively farm for a better hydro one

16k is good enough, with tome you can increase dmg up to 25k with hp% goblet

If you only keep getting the DMG boost, yes. Though the 1/3 rng chance for it is bad IMO, I'd rather recommend proto amber

proto amber definitely since widsith's buffs have long downtime

I mean it's fine because of the hp% stat BUT it's still lower than proto Amber so.... And the weapon skill is almost useless on him, but sure you can use it on him as a temporary weapon of sorts until you get proto Amber or something better 😀

It's better than even his signature 1/3 times(the right buff) but 2/3 times brings his dps much lower. Proto amber is best f2p

@@WatermelonWhatThe even of if u get 20-30 cr from artifacts ots enough when u add the marechaussee bonus. Widsith is just for big numbers in a single hit like for one shot builds or showcases. If u want consistency and overall dps proto amber is best. That's why his signature is best for him by a long shot it solves both of these problems bug numbers with consistency

someone actaully did it, i tried it and it works get a mouse that has a DPI button and when you CA instantly max your DPI then go full spin the damage isnt full on every enemy if you spin like hell the damage is around 60-80% each enemy in the entire area (quite good if you dont have anyone to suck the enemies) saved me quite lots of time in the abyss on lower floors and might be usefull if your other team isnt as strong so you get lots of extra time

@@NekoneChannel I've been farming that domain since 4.0 dropped out and i BEARLY got 2 half decent pieces. 😭😭😭 (My Neuvi currently has a vomit colored type of artifact sets) I'll keep farming it anyways because I genuinely want my Neuvi to be his very best.

same the moment you want HP substat is when atk, EM and ER keeps appearing crit is just yea, its already a given how hard it is to have both of this on 1 artifact with proper mainstat
