Dang!! That message at the start though really hit me. I’m a new player and 3 days in I really felt lacklusting even with a full epic team. Then I went onto a newer server and boom I had an entirely different team and felt helluva lot more fun. That advice really was the best you could give out to players. I mean why bother playing when you’re not having fun? Cheers mate thanks for the content!

Just fyi for everyone. In the grotesque mage, in the last 6 seconds, you can use all your ults because he won't have enough time to enter the portal. So you can do a lot of damage really fast.

I recently started a few new accounts to try out some of the heroes I haven't played much with. I have abandoned most of them except one where I got really lucky and got a lot of Gwyneth and Saurus copies. They make a pretty good team since Saurus decimates the frontline and Gwyneth the backline. My current team is Rosaline and Talene front, then Saurus, Gwyneth and Lucius back. I have Rosaline in front because she knocks back the hero in front of her while following Saurus, which makes Gwyneth able to hit that hero too. I've also noticed that it's really good to build (or borrow someone else's) Saurus early because then you'll get a lot more gold and diamonds from the guild hunts. My Saurus account sat on 50+ M gold while the other accounts I made could barely buy the daily dust.

Yeeheey now u will experience the feeling of being stuck for a couple of days waiting for mercenary refresh, codes and events so badly. Hey Volkin, don't dump your exp on other heroes but your carry in the early game, you would have gone much further had you put Shemira 80!! Remember, carry should always be 20-40 lvls above rest for optimal push. Have a great day!! 😊

I was in chapter 24 and restarted. Because I realized how fucked my wishlist had been , and had wasted all of the free resources the game gave me early. So I had a bunch of ascended that I didn't want, and not the ones I wanted, and no more big bunches of free shit getting thrown at me.

Story of my life, except i've rerolled new accounts for the 8th time now. They're really fun to play the first 2 days, then you get stuck and just arent pulling the heroes you need and it ends up being a dead account where you're stuck in tower and campaign and all you can do is afk, do the bounty board, occasional labyrinth, and pick up dailies. Game ends up being extremely slow and boring and turns into a chore. I'll be honest, if you're f2p and want something to occupy you for more than 4 days, don't bother with AFK arena, it's designed to push you into spending money with how slow and hopeless things are for f2p

Well yes but a actually no. Your opinion is yours but I had the same feeling. I do it as a daily but if you get lucky you can get pretty decent things. You should also do the events where you can buy heroes.

the boring truth about new accs is that no matter what you pull at the start. youll get stuck eventually anyway. f2p or whale. it can be more fun right at the start with some good heroes but eventually all accounts hit the same stall where its just a waiting game.

Dude. I've rewatched the beginning of this video multiple times pausing at the hero screens etc. to try and catch where it came from to no avail. Somehow, I swear the game glitched and gifted him an extra copy when he used the Smart Ascend. Its crazy. He started with 1 copy (again, go back and check) of Elite Lucious, drew one, and ascended them to Elite+ without burning one of them. CRAZY luck! Even with bugs...
