Hey man idk how tough it is for you to go, but it really aint all bad compared to other things, while it may be intimidating most gyms have way more kind hearted people who go through similar issues like yours who wont judge and may even help out if you ask politely. It might be ass to go but the gym is hella fun when you get going afterwards
