I cringe when I hear ‘God needs us’ or ‘God cannot do anything without our permission’ I cried when I heard Todd white say one time ‘Heaven went bankrupt because God saw something special in me”. I’ve been tempted to throw random things at the tv Lol.

It takes the right doctrines to undo the wrong. It was hard for me until I started listening to Dr Peter S Ruckman teachings and because he points one to Christ and to read the bible more and more then the stronghold of false teaching came down.

I’ve listened to some of this video series wommack created. I’ve read down through the comments on the videos. So many people just love what they hear. They think he’s the greatest thing since Polycarp. I just don’t understand it. Within 30 seconds I can sense something is amiss with the man and his message. But so many people follow him.

@@mercyp7151 you could easily critique this guys interpretation. For example, he says it wasn't about Peter's faith, it was about his doubt. Well, would you get out of the boat if you were full of doubt? Answer no, it was about faith. Secondly, he said Peter is only mentioned in 1 out of 3 books. Well the bible says in 2 Timothy 3:16 that all scripture is given by inspiration by God ect... so the question isn't why it's only in one book but why is it in that book. Do you think God said this book is a little short so let's just add some filler? No, it's about keeping our eyes on Christ to accomplish his will through faith and along those lines, no one says there are not more than one lesson that you can get out of certain scriptures. Also, if you are your going to have faith in your relationship with God you have be obedient to God. Of course his statement that we walk around full of guilt because we don't measure up is absolutely laughable. The Bible clearly states that Jesus couldn't do many miracles in his home town because of their unbelief. That principle is pointed to throughout the Bible. I could go on and on but this guy is a text book example of mockery and misdirection to win people over to his point of veiw. Watch Wommack for yourself and make up your own mind.

Recently, I thought about how Christmas was taken over by Anti-Christians. Using "Santa Clause", and consumerism to draw people away from Christ. We were taught as children to believe in Santa, the Easter Bunny, the tooth fairy, etc; all paganism to twist the minds of children. It's difficult for children to believe in Jesus, after they are told that Santa and the Easter Bunny don't exist(psychological warfare). Just some pondering...

@@maybememe1 see the problem I have is I don't see the "false doctrine". I've been watching him for years and everything is backed up with scripture. Just because certain aspects of scripture are hard to obtain doesn't make them any less true. I know like all Christians that I'm saved by Christ's sacrifice so there is no guilt if don't have a deeper relationship with God than I have now but that doesn't mean I should stop trying . That in a nutshell is what Andrew Wommack's teaching is about, as I see it.

So, Copeland came along saying "Totally trust God's word" (which I still endorse) and "you can get God to do good things for you if you just have faith" (which I don't endorse). Many years, and many thousands of dollars buying into the 'success factory' of 'sowing seeds' - I'm done. And have been for a while. But I got so into it - the Copeland's "proof texting" is second to none.... you "see it" in the scripture. But of course it's not in context and it's not what the word really means. We're free of that now. Free as a bird!

No, it’s called an Analogy When he says about walking on water faith To me I look at it as like common sense Paul said to walk by faith an not by sight so to be built up is a good thing Andrew helped me understand certain things when I first got saved an clearly the LORD is blessing his ministry haha his son was raised from the dead, I wonder if that was satan? No definitely not So I guess his faith does help in someway haha But we are supposed to be brothers and sisters in Christ To love each other edify each other, And yes I know what Paul said about judging But it doesn’t mean condemning The person, It is Christ who died and furthermore is also risen! I remember distinctly having to produce a grade transcript which doesn't make sense for an unaccredited institution? Also, a very detailed medical history. Something was very wrong there, & it seemed to be extremely controlling. Did you sense that control?

Yes, along with Barbara...I would like to hear more. I'm interested to know when you went to the bible college in person versus online...did they make you go to the church membership class & become a member of the church? I'm asking because you had to become a member for Copeland's.

@@wlknonsonshine My husband was a partner with his ministry for many years--2007-2018. At retirement he enrolled in 2018 for his first year at the main campus in Woodland Park, CO. Andrew doesn't have his own church. You are required to choose a local church if you are going to be a student there. They provide a list of suggested churches when you enroll.

@@barbaramavis2071 hi Barbara, I was actually deceived until I graduated from third year in 2018! When I left the “Charis bubble” (aka the cult-ish environment where you’re not allowed to question) the Lord was able to save me out of it!! I think He probably sent me there so I could know the ins and outs and now calls me to speak up! It’s true, I had to share everything as well but to me it didn’t feel weird at the time- I didn’t know any other American colleges (I’m from Europe) so I just assumed the process was normal. Also I didn’t really have any medical history except a minor surgery as a kid so yeah!

And Charis or Andrew Wommack doesn’t have a church but they have lots of churches that are affiliated and pretty much teach the same things. My pastor was a teacher at charis so most churches that are recommended definitely line up with Charis and Andrew wommacks teschinfs.

I have that problem too, last two episodes I didn’t find them until they’d been over for hours.
