@@GigabyteAudios Some people "[asmr]" their specific scene in a story going, "nuts to earning that part of the story" which in and of itself has its own benefits, but explaining who, why, when, how, etc are necessary prerequisites for well characterized characters as there is a difference between writing one scene and the book behind that scene. Example: Berserk (probably my favorite piece of media ever) has the golden age arc which is [why guts is acts the way he acts], before doing what Miuri-San intends to do with that character. Incidentally, I STRONGLY encourage EVERYONE who can survive the way Miuri-San handles his storytelling (BRUTALLY) to read Berserk. (necessary asterisk, it is not for the faint of heart, the easily offended, or those who would prefer to be powerless and fragile instead of face the filth of the world, recognize that there is beauty in how the human spirit faces adversity, and that we all have a responsibility to ourselves and others to be the best people we can be lest we poison others through our apathy, ineptitude, and incompetence. Sorry, didn't mean to prosthelytize about Berserk, that tome has a LOT of important wisdom in it. From a literary analysis perspective, it is as valid and ubiquitous in the field of writing as Dark Souls is in the field of game design; partly because it inspired dark souls. OH RIGHT THE POINT I WANTED TO MAKE: There is an ALARMING lack of heart in a lot of the work nowadays, love of one's art makes all the difference. AND, if the actual interest of youtubers has shown me anything, there is great demand for that which lacks. "Make short videos" "Imma make a long video." [Small army]: "MORE OF THESE PLEASE." same thing with extra credits, extra history, and many other ARTISTS, oh, sorry I meant "content creators" besides. They should be called artists. If I may offer a piece of advice, if you're looking to monetize, youtube IS NOT YOUR FRIEND. Build an old fashioned audience that is loyal to you. Do not let youtube near or into your monetary stream a la, "becoming a channel member". Patreon exists because it keeps money out of Google's clutches. Diversify your broadcasting platforms. A monopoly is a monopoly no matter what they call it. Keep a backup of your flac lossless recordings (IN 3 SEPERATE LOCATIONS) as data loss is ubiquitous and youtube has a history of attacking the people that make them money because [redacted mile long conversation about copyright and such].

@@nokiademon773 No need to worry about me. I have backups of all my works on 2 drives, and I'm not planning to monetize anyway. I've got a good day job and I'm perfectly happy keeping this as just a hobby :)
