nice video! My F700 GS I installed the SW Motech engine guards and 2" Rox Risers on the handle bars. I also removed the luggage rack because I would bang my knee on it and it would hurt for weeks. Now I will try removing the foot peg rubber to see if it is more comfortable for me. safe riding!
After installing the handlebar risers. Were the cable lengths still enough when you lock the handle bar left and right? Engine idle speed is not affected when the handlebar is maximum left or maximum right?
Adrian Rubi, yes, the cable lengths are still long enough as you can see on the video. Regarding the engine idle speed, honestly I don't know. With these upgrades I created a comfortable sitting and standing position for myself. Everyone is different and can handle these changes differently. Despite I got a huge break with my hand guard situation. Before I installed the risers my mountain bolt of hand bars on maximum left and maximum right nearly touched the body of the bike. Now they are almost two inches above and the body of the tank will never be damaged by the handlebar which concerned me before.
