Wow. Great advent box, and i may consider it as it is well worth the price. The spongelle looks smaller than the others so probably the reason why it is less uses. I use them when i travel, so 5 uses is perfect.
The spongelle is usually 14+ uses but it’s usually more then double the size. I unboxed this for my channel too and even mentioned how I loved the shape of the spongelle for the holidays but I hate that they gave us a smaller one.
Wow!! You got some great stuff. When I saw the Spongelle, it reminded me that I haven’t used one in so long. I have a couple in my makeup draws. I will definitely be taking one out to put into my shower. I definitely know you can use them more then 5 times. I love them. They all smell so good. I have not gotten any of those other products in any of my boxes except the spongelle’s. I love that headband. I think it would look great on you, especially with that shirt.
The Spongelle looks like it could be smaller than the regular ones. I think the normal size sponges say 14 washes although I feel they last a little longer than that. Great video. Thanks for sharing.
I opened this box for my channel and the spongelle is significantly smaller then what we usually get but I agree it usually does last longer then what they say!
Hey Katrina! Thanks so much for buying this and unboxing this on your channel. I had not seen the contents prior to your video and so I wasn’t going to buy it. Hmmm. Still don’t want it at that price point. Have you seen some of the UK advent calendars? Harrods is ridiculously luxe but I doesn’t ship to the US. Liberty, Space NK and Cult Beauty do ship here and wow, they are all spectacular. I’d love to see you unboxing any of them.
I agree with you, this is also my favorite advent calendar. I've been hesitant about the IPSY one, I'm waiting to see it unboxed, but it sounded really good with 18 full-size products.
Every morning my 2 year old grandson gives me the remote and asked me to play Katrina lol and he says your so pretty his name is Scott and he would just love it if you said hi to him ,I watch you every day that's how he because aware of you it's just so cute ,I love your content and we like Rachel too
That headband company does sell there products at higher prices but I will say they are so comfortable. I love headbands but bc I wear glasses I can’t wear them for long periods bc I get pain behind my ears and I never do with that brand! We’ve gotten one of there headbands in an old winter fff box in the past.
Late to this, but I've been watching your content the last few days. I was looking for a decent non-chocolate advent calendar for myself last Christmas, and wound up with a similar opinion to you - the relatively cheap ones felt *cheap* and half the items seemed like things I wouldn't need/like, and better quality ones seemed *very* expensive. But this one looks good. I'm not a FFF member, but maybe next fall I'll look them up 🙂.
Opening Advent Calendars in order is the Czech in me. So I don't know if it's a European-American thing or just the fact that you are supposed to open them in order.
I think the headband would look so cute on you! I loved it for me. I feel like they def had the holidays in mind with the nails makeup palette headband earrings and even down to the holiday packaging on the frank body scrub. You’ve never heard of bare foot dreams?! Omg those are my fav blankets of all times! The socks was the thing I was most excited about!!! They had socks previously but it was summer & rose (there brand) so I’m glad they included a more high end brand!
I loved the hair mask - I was one of my favourite items. Yes timed perfectly because I needed it! I loved the earring, socks, Laneige, and serum. It was a great advent calendar this year!
Very nice advent calendar. This year I'm hoping I'll find a good advent calendar for my dog! Sometimes there's a lot of good ones, sometimes there isn't. He gets really excited.
This was a pretty good advent calendar. The few I’ve seen this year have not been worth the price tag. I was just shopping for some Amecia products so that hair mask was a great item in the calendar. THANKS FOR SHARING.
This was my first advent calendar from FabFitFun. I feel like it was so worth the money. I died with the headband and barefoot dreams socks. I buy a pair of BD socks for myself each Christmas so this was perfect!
This is my first time doing advent calendars. Was sad to see USA was a repeat, but I did find that I could get the smallest version of Rituals shipped to me through Lookfantastic. Pretty sure most are sample size but I really wanted the candles to land on Sunday.
This was a pretty decent advent calendar. Loved the Amika, socks, & the palette! I'm like you though, I stopped buying Advent Calendars because most aren't worth the money!
That seemed like a mix of really good brands, I think barefoot dreams is a pretty expensive brand too? I’ve heard of it but haven’t purchased anything from them. Only socks and a head band for non-skin/hair care products is meh tho, there’s plenty of those types of calendars around I wish there was more life style stuff in this one
The past couple of years ALL Advent Calendar boxes have been huge disappointments. This box was no different. I am sorry you spent so much money on the Katrina. xoxo
Seems like advent calendars used to be really good and I looked forward to them. But over the years they just aren't as good. This was a decent calendar but there really wasn't anything I had to have. Thanks for sharing!
