I have to say, hypnosis has really helped me with winter blues. I got a track from an online hypnosis site and my husband and I listen to it in bed. We fall asleep every time, but it definitely also seems to help me feel much better about the winter.

The Oaui (pronounced Way) leave in conditioner smells amazing but I found it leaving a residue in my hair , almost like turning my hair white (like I had gel in it) so I was kinda disappointed bc the smell is AHmazing !
