The fact this ad did not clearly say whether you're still charged if you cancel immediately is disheartening. In fact, none of their ads or promotional websites clearly address this and it's a clear primary concern for many new buyers, indicating it is most likely, intentionally, left out. I searched more and found several people complaining they were still charged after cancelling and even after changing credit cards. I am so glad I did not purchase the 2 for $24 deal.
not worth it. this Sammy company robbed me $120 before i realized they loop you in saying you can cancel anytime but the website is purposely made to annoy the hell out of you when you try and cancel.
The clothing is nice. VIP service is too much. You can cancel it. But they’re like, don’t cancel, just skip this month. Then you forget. And they charge you $60. 🤣
So I just bought some and this what they told me. Once my order is shipped you can cancel. If you cancel instantly after they will also cancel your order. I guess they want you to wait a day hoping you forget. I will keep you posted on any troubles I have canceling once my order arrives
can they maybe make that suscription more complicated, so nobody understands it ? :) What a strange way to make money. Good for them. I don't buy shorts every month though...
This is what I found on their website- "No commitment to buy. The choice is always yours, either Shop or log into your account to 'Skip the Month' by the 5th of each month". ~So it doesn't state a dollar amount- just to shop by the 5th of each month. Keep in mind you will need to spend a minimum to have free shipping (I think it's $49 ) so that's where they get you! Hope this helps 😊!!!
So i just ordered stuff today using the VIP deals. If I cancel before May 6th will I be able to skip the membership fee and no extra charges will be posted in my account?

Sorry that's happening...it's usually an easy process - try to cancel again via online and remove billing card! You shouldn't have to talk with anyone for this.

I have a question, so i want the 2 shorts for 24$ but I don't want to sign for VIP member... Since we r in the middle of the month do u think i should sign up for a vip membership then get the 2 shorts deal and once i place the order i cancel my vip member right away?. Or are they going to charge me 49.95 right right after regardless of what day of the month?
@@mattwessel3879 I canceled about an hour after and still got my shorts. I did it twice with separate emails. But if you want to feel safe, wait untill you get a shipping status that your cloths are on the way. Should take a day or 2
I paid for the VIP shorts thing and then canceled not realizing I could skip for the first month. I called the service line and he said I will get my money and confirmation email about my cancellation in the next 24 hours. Should I trust him and actually get my money back?
Yea same I was wondering I was talking to a Agent and she said don’t worry until the next month since it’s my first order but am not sure if she’s lying or not
I just did that, but I’m gonna wait til line ship at least to cancel. I set a reminder for a couple of days out. I know you commented a long time ago but that’s what I plan on doing
