Bypass ürünlerinin boyutları ön elek ile gerçekleştirilir, ön elek tellerinin boyutları müşteri isteğine göre belirlenir. Ön elek sayesinde çeneli kırıcıya kırmak için gönderilen ürünler kir, kum, çamur ve tozdan ayrıştırılır bu sayede temiz final ürünü elde edilir ve üretim kalitesi artar.
