These Agapanthus flowers werr painted on an Organza fabric using Camel Fabrica Acrylic paint. Same technique can be used to paint cottons, linens, silkkota, silk etc.
You can use any locally available fabric acrylic paint also.
Colors used
White
Light blue
Prussian blue
Sap green
Black
Synthetic Brushes
No 0, 2 round
No 2,4 flat
1 inch flat
Thin paint with right amount of water to prevent spread on fabric and to keep it as soft as possible after painting.
Iron on opposite side after 24 hours and wash after one week to fix colors.
Hand painted fabric care -
Dry clean and iron on opposite side.
Always try to hang hand painted fabrics on a cloth hanger
