Fabric Simulation in Touchdesigner

in this tutorial, we try to simulate fabric with Spring Sop and make a silk texture with Phong material.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask :)
I have provided this tutorial in Persian language but you can easily follow the steps.

you can use the "Bounds" section in "Group" Sop, after that, you should set your Group name on the "fixed point group" section in Spring Sop.

Fun tutorial, I can't wait to finish it. At 5:05 when I use colormap and normal map on the MAT, the Phong turns black (and so does the Geo), so then I can't see the noise mapped to the render. I've double checked all the starting parameters. What do I need to do to fix this? I would appreciate the help, thanks.

thanks for your comment :) did you create the Light Comp? also you can check your Noise Top parameters, like offset or monochrome... Thanks for the video! Could you explain in english how you get the vortex to activate on the geometry view?

I think you should click on the Blue button in the right bottom corner of the Transform Sop (check this part of the video - 7:05)

ik this is 2 years later but hopefully u can still help. I tried setting a group, and the Spring sop keeps saying “invalid group”, any way to fix this?

@@speclite000 hmmm. i think you should check your Group Sop parameters like: Group Name, Entity(in this case should be set on points)
