I been watching the video over and over and can’t get the measurements right. Fabrics a and b together add 37.5 by 54.5 but the batting,fusil and lining are 37.5 by 32.5

Hi, I've been watching this video many times to memorize it and make it for my sewing room. I also read all the comments and noticed that you do not answer questions. It's very important to answer questions. I have one about the seams allowance; at the beginning you do not show the seams allowance, but towards the end you show a 3/8 allowance. Is this for the entire project? I hope you reply and answer my question, as I do not want to waste my time or fabric sewing and finding out that it's not right at the end. Thanks.
