Marquez sort of does that on his show he puts on gloves and gets in the ring to show fighters stance jabs movements and he is really good at mimicking others
@@JaRa911 I come from Holland and I am an huge boxing fan especially of mexican fighters, but cant speak spanish otherwise would love to see those shows
@2:59 after seeing the second knock down Marquez is looking sad and Marquez Coach Nacho motivates him and says to him "you were hurt and you still kept fighting"
@@rubrencastrodumaual3077 I'm aware of that..I'm also aware that some speak a version of spanish called chavacano. What I wasnt aware of is that they also use the nickname "juanma", I thought that was a Mexican thing
that same exact exchange that they enacted at 6:40 was the opening for Marquez's KO in the third fight; that means Marquez studied and perfected his counter just for that moment. It's remarkable.
@@mr.420themasterblazer9 it was a miracle. He wasn’t going for that KO, as Pacquiao was colliding, Marquez went for that book and it too him a 1 second delay to notice
These two great fighters will always be linked together... which makes me happy. Not only great fighters... great people who don’t disrespect each other. That’s how boxing should be.
I would’ve love to hear more from Ignacio Berastin. From going to training the best fighter Richardo Lopez then training Marquez and truly teaching how to hurt and eventually knockout Pacquiao. Berastin and Roach are truly great trainers
They both raised their arms after the first two fights. Whether if either of them gets Knocked Out, or not, I hope the both of them will still raise their arms after the final bell of this fight. Because they are champions - both worthy of all fame, respect, and glory. They train hard, fight hard. And I'm thankful that Marquez picked Pacquiao as his rival, because they both bring out the best of the enjoyment of this sport. Long live Marquez. Long live Pacquiao.
Many people don't know that Paquiao and Marquez are friends. Believeme guys...... When Paquiao was in Mexico,he was having fun with Marquez......Also Paquiao in a interview says that Marquez and Paquiao are Friends....but when they need to fight, the going to fight.....because that's the sport that both likes.
Yeah, they have the three greatest fights ever between them in this era. Shows that they are both legendary warriors and one of the greatest rivalries ever.
A legendary rivalry. Two great equal legends duke it out. This is the definition of boxing. Marquez is manny’s worst enemy, manny is Marquez’s worst enemy, and both of them showed a spectacular fights. I thought manny won the 2nd and 3rd while Marquez convincingly won the 1st and 4th absolute legends. Can’t say it enough
2:45-Pacman hit Marquez when he was down, to me, it seemed, something of a dirty punch, no one ever said anything during the fight, where were the commentators, they see wt they wanna see. Boxing is DIRTY.. He should of been warned! Yet, Marquez kept going...the spirit in the warrior..A lot to be said of Marquez..the humble little giant..
Yes I agree.. But mybe also Pacquiao was so exited for a KO happen. That was the first and last Manny Pacquiao did that.. His excitement to won tuned into a draw... 😂
i think thats not an intensional, maybe manny realized that was wrong after he punch but that was not his intension thats because of exitement of being a volume puncher.
Abel Gil... He did not say no...U hv eyes, JM was hit when glove was touching the canvas, he could’ve been legitimately deducted or disqualify which would of denied us all of a great event... In the world of events, not all is fair & clean... They talk about the 10-6 should’ve been scored & conveniently leave out the illegal hit... It wasn’t on purpose? Then the scoring wasn’t on purpose
I'm glad I finally watched this video after ignoring it multiple times. Having all the protagonists in one show is priceless! Max did an excellent job.
no me gusta como lleva los comentarios este señor en todo momento busca una confrontacion entre los boxeadores pero gracias a ellos y su paciencia salieron bien las cosas
The reason Pacquiao took on this third fight: he knew he got beat up in the first fight and barely won the second fight. The reason for the fourth fight: Pacquiao knew he lost that fight. Deep down....he had to know. The only decisive win in this series was Marquez in the fourth fight.
@Samuel Astic the first fight was ruled a draw but look at the scorecards (and take into account the three knockdowns): First judge: 113-113 ( 7 rounds to 5 for Marquez). Second judge: 110-115 (10 rounds to 2 for Marquez). I agree with this score. Third judge: 115-110 (7 rounds to 5 for Pacquaio). Total rounds won: Marquez: 22 rounds. Pacquaio: 14 rounds. If not for that big first round lead, Marquez wins that fight rather convincingly.
so why marquez said that he will never fight manny for the 5th time even if they offer him big money? because that punch is a lucky shot. marquez will never do that again and he knows it. remember pacquiao is ahead in scorecard before he got knockout.
Max.. C'mon bro... That interview is so biased.... You focus on what Manny did "right", even though Marquez landed the more clean and effective punches in that fight! He buckles Manny in the first 3 rounds... C'mon!?!?!
Desde la primer pelea sabía que Márquez tenía el puño, la valentía ,la técnica para vencer a paquiao, solo le faltaba una cosa pensar en el nocaut.....
ONE OF THE MOST ENTERTAINING FACEOFF'S. yet it is also the most awkward. both for the fighters and the trainers. MAX KELLERMAN is lucky these camps are class acts because most fighters would not have agreed to having the boxers reveal weaknessess
Wrong Manny. Just because the rules may state you can still hit your opponent. Doesn’t mean you should. People look up to you. And it says a lot about your character.
The best 2 fighters last era Marquez a 126 to 147 and Pacquiao a flyweight to super walterweight and faced eachother 4x in their prime had elite boxing skills and had wars
Manny knows that Marquez is a big threat for him. Because Maquez is the only boxer that gives Manny a hard tiime to box. Marquez matches very well against Pacquiao evenly. .
yeah i saw it but i don't think they deducted a point for that they would've said probably and i never heard anyone say they deducted a point for that.. they're going to fight again in december
A great boxer always has that difficult/Style of fighter/rival like the RIP Greatest Muhammad Ali said after the thrilla in Manila summed it up best in saying, “We went to Manila as champions, Joe and me. We came back as old men.”
I think in this interview it was “max killerman” exposing many and generally giving marquez some sort of idea on what he should have to do… that’s why in pacquaio vs Marquez 3 most of the time Marquez used to stepped on manny’s foot for him to gain advantage to prepare his finishing punch. Cheap trick and yet Freddie roach and manny didn’t even get what “max killerman” trying to do. On their first and second fights I ddnt even seen any interview like this beside the faceoff that was just all about talking not going to have a demo. “max killerman” even trying to ask a blind question to roach on “what his strategy when marquez was in that position” giving marquez an idea to prepare himself and even opening that off topic about floyed just to persuade Televiewers?
People are saying Marquez is was peds I don't dispute that however at 10:53 they are talking about Marquez's right hand the same right that KO'D Manny so I guess manny dint see it coming and so I think it's just a matter of luck to have that chance to hit Manny
