They act don’t deliver pizza to the White House because if a pizza place got an order and the delivery location was the White House then they could put something in the pizza that could kill the president or get them sick. They have an address of a nearby location so that the people making it don’t know that it’s going to the White House if that makes sense

Well there is an important part of our social development and boundaries /limitations development while we are teenagers, that's literally the phase where we are transitioning from forming human kid to forming adult and that's when we are taught with more intensity what we can and can't say, what you can and can't do as an adult..... And being a teenager at the same time as being the president's daughter and living in the White House definitely molds you to become a private, "tense", controlled person. Hillary had a "normal" developmental stage whilst Chealsea didnt and that's probably why she seems more laid back and chill and Chealsea seems more "cold and tense"

Zebra Zagadore It might have made a difference. People are more likely to make decisions based on emotional response than logic. Hillary was a logical choice compared to Trump, but it was easy to paint a picture of her as representing the “establishment” because she wasn’t showing her human side. The goal was likely to try and not be seen as “the woman candidate” and therefore emotional, hysterical etc. They MIGHT have been better off applying the human aspect and portraying her as a mother and emotionally connected human being.

She grew up with parents who were attorneys. Her father was Governor and President. Her mother was a First Lady, Senator and Secretary of State and ran for President (and has been portrayed as a villain by half the country). She was under then national media spotlight since she was a kid. Can you imaging the pressure as a kid living under that kind of magnifying glass her whole life? They's be messed up for sure. But instead, she amassed an impressive resume of academic achievements and is a raising a family. I'd see she's pretty remarkable.
