Facebook doesn't care about Nigerian creators or african creators. It's 2024 and Nigerians still can't monetize their content. That is ridiculous. That is how Facebook shows how much they care about africans. They can change the requirements to become monetized anytime they feel like it. Facebook did that to me. I would tell my african brothers and sisters to make it a goal to get monetized on facebook but don't put all of your energy into Facebook. You can make more money on RU-vid and it is much easier to become monetized on RU-vid. There is no reason why we all should not have 1000 subscribers and have a chance to real money TOGETHER on this platform. Facebook creators have said that the money is not as good as it use to be. I do not trust Facebook and I want people to put more of their energy into building a RU-vid channel that will actually pay good money. We just need to support each other.
