@@damnjustassignmeone this settlement was never meant for the consumers to get thousands into their accounts. That’s just selfish and silly for anyone to think they’re going to be credited a ton of money , it’s a collective effort where we are all holding them accountable for the bs.
They made billions with these harmful tactics, ya this settlement means nothing to them! They will go right to their next malicious act without a care in the world, because they know IF they are caught the fee will be minimal in comparison to their profits.
So if all 2 billion users apply for for a piece of this settlement, each person will get a maximum $0.36. The time it would take me to even fill in the form is already costing me money.
You need to have the same email as the payment source you provide to receive funds. I’m betting most people don’t even have access to their old email or it doesn’t match their payment email.
This is incomplete reporting. You can object to the settlement and thus force meta into court potentially, but if you don't then you're automatically in and you lose your right to pursue the matter with any other lawsuit yet you don't get any money unless you apply for it. I hope enough people object to the settlement justa idmfk

Everyone complaining lol I got about $300 a few years ago from FB IL lawsuit. Then I got another $30 a few weeks ago. If I get more I am happy even if it’s pennies.
