In this episode of Maryland MEP’s “Faces of Manufacturing” series, we visit with Lyon Distilling Company in St. Michael’s, Md. Co-founder and CEO Jaime Windon discusses the company’s evolution over its first six years, and how it is meeting the challenges of keeping up with demand and customers’ high expectations. With the support of MD MEP and lessons learned from larger manufacturers, Lyon now produces 300 bottles of rum per week and distributes to five states.
