I’ve done a back handspring before but then my teacher pushed me over the limit (She got fired eventually). I haven’t done it for about 3 years but this video helped me so much and I can do it on a trampoline now and on the ground with a spot 😊

I’m a perfectionist just like Teagan. It doesn’t matter if it’s a skill I’ve been learning for years or a skill I have literally never done before there’s a part of me that almost expects myself to do it exactly how I imagined it right away. The funny thing about me being a perfectionist though is that I don’t actually believe anything is “perfect”. Even what you deem as perfect now can and should always be growing and improving.

Just trust urself! I recommend practicing on a trampoline and rod floor before putting it on the actual floor. Maybe have ur coach spot u for a couple tries. U got this!!

I'm used to watch you guys since I was little, and this helped me a loooot to improve my english, as a brazilian. Thanks, twins!!! 💗🎉 As a classical, jazz and contemporary dancer, I also have uncountable fears, but the worst mental block is a jump that we, informally, call "frango" (what means "chicken", I rlly don't know why). Basically a turning jump, where you're kinda lying in the air. SCARRYYYYY~

This video was so inspiring!!! I had long forgotten about my mental block (because I don't have a trampoline anymore so I was no longer able to practice) I have never been able to get my backflip on the trampoline. I can do front flips, but I could just never get past the fear of going backwards. I can do a backbend, but something about going backwards in the air terrifies me. This video made me want to start trying to get it again!!!

Long story short, so when i was about 7, i started acro, and i can remember my first time doing a cartwheel, and i really wanted to get my areal so it took my about a year and a half to get my areal but i can just remember i was so scared to bit my hands up but my friends kept motivating me and on the fist week of the camp i got it because in the weeks of school holidays i did gymnastics come and acro every Saturday so i got it at my camp and i was 9 so im so happy plz get this famous so the rybka twins can see this but bye ❤❤❤
