@@heinzwurzer2345 guru in sanskrit is any teacher, it isn't necessary to have a degree to be a guru, you don't have to teach hundreds of students to be a guru. Ofcourse, the best guru is the one who has more knowledge and has lots of experience. But, it is said that even nature is a guru. An amateur seeking to teach for another person in order to become thorough in a concept is also a guru. So yes, he is a guru. However if you are asking whether he is a guru as in the guru shishya parampara, I am just as clueless as you are.

Gurus need not be a spiritual master. I'm sorry I'm no expert in the field of spirituality as I am mainly interested in vyakaranam. Well if you look at it as a scientific explanation they're are a few gaps. If prana is in the air we breathe, why would the afferent and efferent nerve bundles that are being shown as being analogous to the Ida and pingala be the carriers of prana? The reasons for the varying degrees of warmth in different parts of the body are conviniently being glossed over. My basic understanding of biology makes me think the surface area and concentration of blood vessels in a given region influence the generation of warmth in different parts of the body. But the blood vessels aren't the same as nadis. Basically though I am admitting that i don't know. I'm open to hearing an explanation accommodating both biology and the contentions of chakras
I realise, now, that just because transaction of prana happens with the breath doesn't mean air is prana. Maybe it is the subtler energy that it carries. We know how oxygen drives the various metabolic reactions and the synthesis of the energy carrier ATP which in turn drives various reactions and the functioning of various organs. That's probably why it is present in the spine, the air and the blood and as the warmth in our body. But does that mean it is the redox potential that all of these molecules carry? Then how the definite 72000 pathways in the form of nadis and their concurrence as chakras? How does prana "flow" even in seemingly inanimate things? What about it makes it predominantly masculine or feminine in its quality in the Ida and the Pingala? Maybe I'm going completely off track with this train of thought in trying to understand it. I guess trying to understand this intellectually is just a futile exercise and the right way to really know it is to bring it into our awareness through the required Sadhana..
Great channel! I often see chakras inside, during yoga meditation; I can confirm sanskrit aksharas are visible on the petals of the chakras; sanskrit is mankind inner language. Wish I had more time to learn and speak it! Greetings from Torino, IT, EU! :)
This is really good! We need more Sanskrit channels!! They need to spread out in the whole Brahmand!!! Such a beautiful, powerful and elegant language - the language of the Supreme indeed!!!

I experienced muladhar and now i know that i can't control this energy without proper guidance of a guru. It happened for very few seconds during meditation session which I was practicing for around 20 days and appx 1 hour. The energy i fwlt was so much my body started shaking and i saw that there are muscles oe nerve or something that we don't feel in our normal life. I realized that energy moving upward in spine. That day i got scared as i have heard that there can be so many difficulties if rhis energy is not guided on the right path. After that day i never practiced meditation but i certainly know that there is more to life that we don't know yet.
I love your videos and thoroughly enjoy the Sanskrit etymology behind concepts. I have been researching and learning about the chakras for a year now and this video is very useful, especially to understand the link between breathing and life force and what happens in pranayama. Thank you!
Waiting for next part, describing each chakras in details. Could you also talk about the changes/effects in the body or mind, when each chakras is activated. How do one know, which chakras of his is weak or strong?
@@physicshacks6349 I don't think I believe that. Also i think it's simplistic to draw an equivalence between the nervous system and the pranamayakosha.
With time I learned to feel them and energy throughout my body, chakra and energy work, since my kundalini awoke my life has changed profoundly. I used to be skeptical but now there's no doubt. You need to experience it for yourself.

The chakras are real. You can feel them if you practice vibrating mantras into them and focusing on them and trying to feel them. hatha yoga and kundalini yoga helps as well. There are certain Kundalini Yoga sessions for the chakras as well. If you stay consistent in practice, you will feel them. The thing is that this religion used to be practiced more in ancient times than it is today, a lot of people have not practiced meditation or yoga for life times. So the energy system has to be given time with consistent practice to begin functioning healthily and properly again. Daily practice is necessary. The ancients were not stupid, there were masters of this knowledge in those times, it’s obvious by the writings and manuscripts and knowledge. a lot of it has been destroyed and/or suppressed.
My understanding has led me to look at the chakras as a map to the nervous system provided by ancient scholars who took the time to study their bodily sensations while meditating. In this interpretation, and certainly not meant to invalidate any other interpretation as this is my personal belief, each of the major seven chakras have a neural plexus located nearby that is responsible for controlling a neurohormonal gland. Neurohormones are known to be responsible for regulating impulses sent throughout the body and brain. Most of the minor chakras are located at nerve bundles used to transmit information along the body. The spinal cord has both ascending and descending tracts on both the dorsal and ventral sides of the column. These correspond, as you mentioned, to the ida and pingala channels. The sushumna can be viewed as the large ascending white column, consisting of the dorsal column-medial lemniscus pathway (DCML), which begins at the root of the spinal cord and terminates in the brain stem. The DCML provides proprioception for the body, as well as fine-grain and rough-grain touch sensitivity. Between these two functions, any internal- or contact-based sensations would be experienced through the spinal cord. As the focus of a meditator grows through time, and the sensations in the body are able to be mapped using proprioception, the sage would be able to distinguish the release of strain in a muscle or the release of hormones in the body. And with a very experienced and fine-tuned mind, may even be able to pay attention to the movement of chemo-electric information up the spinal column and into the brain, referred to as a kundalini awakening. In biothermodynamics, the flow of heat can be seen as entering through the body in the form of oxygen (as an oxidizer for the redox reactions in the body) and is transported through the vascular system as blood. This is then moved through the body and transported to sites where, when combined with catalytic agents and proteins are turned into APT, which releases heat as a reaction. So, I've always thought of prana as the cardiovascular action, driven by the union between the breath and the body. The essential truth is still the same though: the breath drives the flow of prana through the body, which with the right focus in meditation calms the body, opens the mind, and relaxes the heart; when a state of perfect tranquility is reached, even the flow of bodily sensations and thoughts can be felt as the mind awakens to a blissful state. A different interpretation, but the same underlying philosophy.

UREAUS is how "energy" moves. The pattern of resonance / interference and potential coherence! MULTIDIMENSIONAL MANDALA GEOMETRY (cymatics / holo-fracto-graphic mathematics) teaches the mathematics of infinite compression because the principle of the golden mean allow for the *addition and multiplication* of any kind of waves (also charge and energy) golden ratio is self-similarity (fractality) optimized golden ratio enables perfected feedback (information exchange) between scales in nature (e.g. micro and macro cosmos) the idea of symmetry is vital all of this.

I’ve studied these things for many years now, and I have also some medical training especially focused around the spine area. It’s still difficult for me to accept these diagrams outright. I’ve come to think of the ida and pingala channels as more abstract in nature when considered against the backdrop of modern anatomical knowledge. A great development happened recently as brain cells were identified all around the body, and the understanding has now transformed to the direction of basically the whole body being a part of the brain’s network, or that we can’t understand the brain to exist merely inside the skull. Considering that the spinal column would then be an elongated section of the brain, it becomes easier to accept the idea of these channels. Perhaps what bothers me the most about the ida, pingala, and sushumna diagrams is that they look like the channels physically alter from left to right (between every vertebrae, I suppose), while in autopsies no one has been able to find such constructs so far. When measuring brain activity it can be observed that one side of the motor cortex usually activates the opposite side, but it can also activate nerves unilaterally. The activity doesn’t spread so cleanly, but is more sporadic. Therefore I would conclude that thinking about the ida and pingala need to be somewhat more abstract than these clear-cut diagrams may make it seem. Either that, or the anatomical constructs are so subtle that no one has yet published findings on them. The workings of the brain and the nervous system are still fairly unknown after all, so there is room for develoment in scientific knowledge there.
Didn’t read past the 3/4 sentence but your brain gets most of its feelings and thoughts from your heart which is 100x stronger than your brain electrically. And 5000x magnetically
@@weloveurickey People have heart transplants and their thoughts don't change. You can even get a heart from a different species, and nothing changes about the way your thoughts manifest. That's because thoughts come from the brain. I know it's fun to pretend you have some sort of mystical insight into the nature of reality, but you make the entire "spiritual" community look bad when you act like this.
@Rico Suav, ❤️ is just a pump. Don’t pump it up to generate thoughts and feelings. You don’t wanna stress it more than it’s actually getting stressed everyday. Leave the poor ❤️ to just do it’s thing.
@@FacadeMan it kind of seems like it's more than just a pump. For example the brain cells found around the body I mentioned in the original post. The largest concentration of these cells found are in the heart. Are they just for the autonomic pumping function? It could be. Looking at how reflexes and such work around the body, it seems quite overblown for an otherwise very simplistic action. A bit like buying a brand new Ferrari to drive from the front door to the mail box. It does have the upside of keeping the heart working even if the brain is damaged, which is something to consider. However there are feelings that we can feel "in our heart" or have a "gut feeling". I'm convinced that these feelings and thoughts relate to the activity of various brain cells around the body and in our organs. The magnetic field around the heart is somewhat curious too. If you want to have a normal pump, then it's not necessary to have a magnetic field around it for it to work. I guess it could be a precaution against electric shocks or static discharges disrupting the rhythm of the heart. Our other muscles don't need a magnetic field like that to work properly, though. For example, why don't the involuntarily moving muscles of the gut or the lungs have such a field then, if they could be disrupted so easily?
i dont even need any logic or proof to know it does exist because i have been doing Kundalini dhyan and i only did it for few times and as i m an artist , i am kind of good in visualisation and i visualised these chakras and their colour filling my whole body and guess what , i started having experiences of my third eye , i got some sensations in between my eyebrows and whatever i desired or thought of happened really fast , i often get sensations in between my eyebrows which is the third eye area and i am glad and really proud of this spiritual achievement although i am only 24 years old .

PRANA IS *HOW* THE FREQUENCIES COHERE (THERE IS ONLY ONE ENERGY SOURCE..) THE ELECTRICITY-VACUUM CONNECTION The energy that makes a circuit work comes from “the field”. Any "source of energy" (like a battery) just replenishes what gets used and all the electric current does is provide the mechanism we need to make the energy flow. WE “observe” over and over again “how it is based” on tetra / octa / cube - symmetries… I would CONCLUDE those would generate maximum interference pattern and hence these matrices produce maximum charge isolation (this disharmony produces movement...). [Whereas pent / deca - dodeca / icosa - produce symmetries and implosive centripetal compression and thus maximum charge inclusion (gravity, synchronicity, singularity).] So once more, I could make a “conclusion” : the battery changes the geometry (symmetry / frequency / fractal nature) of the conductor and then “it resonates” to the (only energy source there is) space (vacuum).
