It's not a GS turning ski... you should review the ski for the purpose it serves, technical and steep terrain in the backcountry. It's a necessary disclaimer. And yes, you would expect quicker turns out of a ski that is designed for skiing chutes. And it's 7lbs a pair (pretty average and good for a backcountry ski). Saying it's 9lbs a pair and heavy for a viewer coming to check out a backcountry ski ...that's a big mistake. So why say it? Sorry to be harsh, but there isn't a lot of reviews on this ski and I don't want people to get the wrong impression.
If you are interested in this ski, turn this off and search for another review... This guy spends half the time talking about the skis slalom and giant slalom turning qualities, and seems to miss the point of what a freestyle touring ski is designed for (despite having some ski touring vids on his channel)
