Factorio - Split full belt into two separate belts 

The youtube algorithm dredged this video up from its depths. I do like that older videos are being recommended though, old videos are new to you if you haven't seen them before.

So lovely to see what Factorio looked like 8 years ago as people pioneered early techniques.

There is a huge problem with that design. If it ever stops with one of the sorcerers, both belt will have same resource

NAH BUD YOU CAN JUST USE FILTERS ON THE SPLITTERS shh don't tell that that 0.16. 17: Added filter to splitter. Added input and output priority to splitter.

Not to say that this is bad, but you can set filters in the splitters to accomplish similar results.
