In the premade scene 3 of the factory io software you fill and empty a tank using timers. There is a control panel with a fill button, discharge button, and a numeric display. When you press the fill button, it should illuminate and the fill valve should open for 8 seconds. During this time the display should countdown from 8 to 0. When the 8 second fill is complete the fill light should go back out. You then press the discharge button to illuminate it, and open the discharge valve for 8 seconds. The numerical display should again display a countdown from 8 to 0 while the timer is running. When the 8 seconds is up the discharge light should go out, the discharge valve should be closed and the display should read 0.
