How did you manage to have Move Z Upwards and Move Z Downwards? I m struggling with having only Move Z and it seems impossible for now

Hi.I tried to follow every step did everything the same but my robotic arm doesnt get down to combine the lid with the base only if I force it,any ideas why it doesnt work?
