Nicely presented. I have been running a PC for well over 10 year's. By using a simple, bare bones, antivirus package and paying for the yearly renewal, and most importantly NEVER downloading software offered as "FREE". Even trial version's of software should be used only after you have done a mirror backup of your system before you install it. I still have a system that boot's quite fast. Windows 7 Ultimate. Also if you are still running Win 7, be sure never to use the original GADGET feature the original package included. Last but not least, try to always have a mirror image backup of your boot/O.S. drive. Get an external hard drive and do backup's as often as you can. When you have this on hand, you are virtually bullet proof. If a drive crashes or some other trouble happens,simple use your mirror image backup. And do not dismiss anything this man that produced this video has presented. Almost 2 million views. This tells us something about the success of his particular techniques.

Great video man! Just one suggestion: You can only be certain that it will work in Windows 10 or 8. It may not work in 7, Vista, or XP. You'd have to check first.

+DeFy Stroma you need a boot disk. You can download it. But I can't help though text sorry. Please search for a RU-vid video on how to download a boot disk. You need another computer to do that

i tried doing exactly what you did in the video but when i tell it to start the reset a pop up comes up that says “Recovery Manager could not restore your computer using the factory image. Please contact HP support. Error code: 0xe0ef002f” and i’ve looked it up and i can’t find anything

Thanks for the safe mode clue, I was able to restore my Dell Optiplex to factory settings. Without safe mode all I could get to was system restore, then it would tell me that there was no image to restore. The image was on D:\ but the computer was looking at C:\. Thanks again.

I do have a question regarding drivers.. I've reinstalled windows 7 home premium to a cpl of laptops I'm working on using a flash drive I created.. Sorry you are having trouble. If you plug your computer to LAN it may work so you can do updates. If not you may need a 2nd PC with a thumb drive go to the manufacture website and download the drivers and plug the thumb drive in the computer and install the LAN drivers.

All you have to do is f11 your hp pc... you don't have to go in to safe mode first to get to the recovery screen. All you have to do is shut the computer down... Then after it fully shuts down... Push the power button then immediately start tapping f11 it will take you right into the recovery screen then just follow the prompts

This solution only works if your laptop has a computer restore partition . If not then you will need a Windows install disc.

Hello I have 2 options for resetting my PC (HP desktop Touchscreen) and it wants me to choose either: Only the drive where Windows is installed. (which is my D drive) or All drives. My system came with Win 7 but when the Free upgrade to 10 came out I did it. Without doing my due diligence....Never Again!!! I read something about Win and HP being proprietary incompatible...Do u know anything about this? anyway thank you

I have Windows 7 and did this only because I thought my computer was out of date. And it wouldn't play RU-vid videos. So I re booted it and it worked for I think maybe a month or two. Now once again it's not playing video

You can set a restore point. But you can't go back before the already restore point. Unfortunately you can create a new restore point. I hope this answers your question. Thanks for watching

Hi, I was able to set to factory using your method on an old Vista PC. However it won’t let me access anything through internet explorer to load the play store so I can download Simple games and Facebook. Nothing else! It says no certificates, call your ISP company. No backup, no disks. Any suggestions.

Hmm my Laptop window 7has to many problems like some of the apps can't open and I can't see the apps icon and much more...Is that ok if I factory reset? Do it will be like brand new pc again?

whenever i select to reset to factory default it doesnt give me those pop ups that ask for location or anything, my pc just resets and doesnt factory reset

Windows XP Pro is the Best Windows ever made and it still works great on todays internet but chrome 49 browser is the highest it'll take and DX 9 is sufficient and Yes i've compared it too a lot of other OS's , the main run down : during and after WIn 7 Navigation goes out the window , literally , its a Royal Pain in the Butt and that Smart Screen ugh ! don't get me going and Win Defender switching itself off at Random , forget this mess man ! , back to WIndows XP Pro , Welcome Home FurryFace ! and Yes we missed you too ! , lmao !
