With a total of 8 production lines and 300 workstations, our factory has an impressive daily production capacity of up to 50,000 pieces. We are capable of meeting your quality and delivery requirements.
Join us as we walk you through the step-by-step process of manufacturing our smartwatches.
First, we start with the precise application of glue, followed by the careful fixing of magnets on the back case. Next, we meticulously install the back case along with the frame. The welding process is then carried out to ensure the secure attachment of buttons, motors, FBC, and batteries.
Moving forward, we expertly fix the PCB into the smart watch case, reinforcing it with screws for added durability. The screen is then meticulously attached, utilizing extrusion fixation techniques. To guarantee long-lasting quality, we subject the smartwatch to a secondary screen reinforcement process for a duration of 30 minutes.
Once the manufacturing process is complete, our dedicated QC team conducts a comprehensive inspection. This includes testing the charging capabilities, ensuring smooth functioning, and meticulously examining the appearance of each smartwatch.
