Even more fun is that his attack range gets so big he can atack enemy that are near the tower, also he doesn't give a damn about Melissa's Ultimate shield and can just keep on swinging

So I have a concept revamp for Granger. Please balance: Passive: Monody Granger can fill his gun with up to 6 bullets at a time. His 6th bullet (colored red) deals (+150% Physical Attack) True Damage. If Granger does not deal damage for 1 second or depletes his red bullet, he instantly reloads his gun, refilling all his bullets. Every enemy hero or summoned unit killed grants 2 stacks of Monody, while creeps give 4 stacks (8 for Lithowanderer, Lord, & Turtle). Monody increases Granger's Physical Attack by 1% for each stack, up to 40 stacks. Granger converts every 1% extra Attack Speed into 2 Physical Attack. Skill 1: Rhapsody (Cooldown: 4 seconds at all levels) Granger instantly reloads his gun, increases his movement speed by 20%, & fires all his bullets in the indicated direction. The 1st 5 bullets deals 100-500 (+90% Physical Attack) as Physical Damage & reduces the damage reduction of hit targets by 1% (except Minions), while the last bullet deals 150-550 (+110 Physical Attack) True Damage. Rhapsody does not benefit from CD Reduction, & every 1% CD Reduction allows each bullet to deal an additional 1 Physical Damage (similar to Physical Penetration). This skill cannot be interrupted & can be cast while moving. Rhapsody can be manually canceled at any time while active, but will instantly enter cooldown when cancelled. Skil 2: Rondo (Cooldown: 9.5 -> 7 seconds) Granger blinks 2 units in the target direction & grants himself (+20 Physical Attack) for the next instance of damage after dashing. Granger is immune to CC while dashing. Each time Rhapsody hits a target, the cooldown of this skill is reduced by 1 second. Ultimate: Death Sonata (Cooldown: 20 -> 10 seconds) Passive: Granger gains 5-15% Physical Attack. Active: Granger spends all his current bullets to fire a super-bullet from his violin case which passes through all targets hit & deals 200-400 (+150 Physical Attack) Physical Damage. If Granger has all 6 bullets, the super-bullet deals 110% of its original damage as True Damage & applies Confusion to the target (a high-tier CC that reverses the movement direction of the target (move the joystick up & your character wil go down instead, for example.)). After firing the super-bullet, Granger blinks 1.5 units in the direction of the joystick. This skill & the blink cannot be interrupted.
If you're wondering, Confusion only inverts the direction you are going, so you can still travel as far as you want when using heroes like Ling, but in the opposite direction that you want. Single-direction skills go in the opposite direction of what was indicated, while hero-centered AOE skills (like Odette's Ultimate) deal less damage, & target-reliant skills like Layla & Zilong's 2nd skills cannot be casted. Works for battle spells as well.
