It's really normal for a young anime boy like Damian to have a voice actress. Since male voice actors voice has change cause of puberty, and it will be hard changing it into a kids voice. But for girls it would not be as difficult, cause most girls don't have a big change in there voice. And if they will make Damian older, he will probably have a new voice actor which is a male

I think the country were he lives is inspired by Germany so, it would mean he dislikes German. I think Damien prefers English because from what I heard from others he has spoken some English in the Japanese dub

It's cause the male voice changes in puberty (making there voice more deeper) and that will make it harder to voice Damian which is 6 years old. While a girls voice doesn't change as much as the boys voices, that will make a childish voice like what Damian has now since he's six. He will most likely have a male voice actor when he is older.
