This is very brave of you. Little bit playing with fire. You have a huge tank. And A LOT of fish to distract them from each other. I am just hoping people don't copy this in 100 gallon tanks. They all look very nice and healthy though. Great job 👏
Deb Tim's channel.. Hers just tried to breed in a 125.. But, the male is the smaller one of the three. She is lucky to have two big girls. Peaceful,...Almost always...
Thanks. My recommendation is if you want to have more than one, get them at the same time and grow them up together. I've learned from watching them. The only time I have seen agression is when the male wants to breed.
Did you notice the little nub... the day of egg laying?? Internet posts say the Ovipositor sticks out, when she is ready.. Maybe can take her out, every spring, when the boyz get crazy to breed.. until she is ripe. Good luck... Love your channel and tanks!!
Am only guessing... Somebody else had breeding attempts 'happen' like this.. after big feedings and big water changes. (Crazypufferfish does big water changes, regularly.) I wonder if the start of Crayfish season brings on the breeding, here. (?)
Question I have two of the same puffer fish you have, and the same size like the ones on this video but for some reason both my puffer fish are alive but upside down in my fish tank? Idk if they are dying or have swim bladder disease or if this is some type of mating thing they do? Can u help me plz?
Do u keep 2-3 Fahaka puffers with other fish in the tank? How is it possible?:))) They don't bite other fish? Any success with the spawn? Like the video:)
