I ordered and paid for 12 bracelets for my 12 grandchildren for Christmas. I received 8 bracelets, no explanation as to why I didn’t receive the other 4. I reached out to Fahlo and got a generic “due to high volume … we will answer your email in the order received. Please DO NOT contact us multiple times re same issue.” Waited a week with no response and contacted them again asking if the four additional bracelets in time for Christmas. They answered, “Unfortunately, due to unprecedented response in orders, you will not receive bracelets before Christmas. The GOOD NEWS is production is back up and all bracelets are back in stock!” WHAT? None of the bracelets were out of stock when I ordered AND I have received at least three emails a DAY from Fahlo pushing these bracelets since first ordering a month ago! Plus, seeing their advertising all over social media. Fahlo’s idea is a good concept. Disappointed in their business model and customer service.
Just gifted a polar bear and a sea turtle to a friend in the Netherlands. I also chose the first two bracelets which you unboxed (loved the pink polar bear at first glance). I hope she likes them when she receives it in time for her birthday!
Update- I checked the animals again and I was told the tracker may fall off after a year, well it’s been about a year. And it’s still shows tracking last January 8 which was yesterday. I’m not sure if it’s true because one of the polar bears says release date a couple of months ago but I got these cards a year ago so hmmm…
hey just wondering what kind of elastic they use to hold the bracelets together? dont wanna get one if it's just gonna break like most of these kind of bracelets do.
I just got my new gorilla 🦍 I couldn't be happier with this! I even have a sea turtle and penguin 🐧 and dolphin 🐬 and several other animals! I love them all! ❤
Update, just had a good question; I think they probably only had a handful of these cards made and gave them to the same people. I think they come out with new ones now it sounds like. This is a year old and update; Babs seems to be floating in the same area. Last updated May 25 so I think it has stopped or fallen off. They say they fall off in about a year so it’s probably fallen off and then floating around there. Looks like Babs did a lot of traveling in the beginning but stayed in the same spot for months. Not sure but I wouldn’t take it too seriously, like some people think their animal has died. I think is is just a novelty, I wouldn’t Take it too seriously
I read somewhere that when your animal dies, they give you a new animal to track? Do they not do this when the tracker falls off? It’s sad to think that depending on when your animal was initially released you may not have long to track them 😭
So it was mailed in that envelope? I was thinking of having this mailed to a friend as a gift for Christmas or her birthday, but spoiling the surprise if it shows up early sounds like a possibility.
Nah, it’s totally legit. I purchased half price. I wouldn’t pay full price. Nice bracelets. I still wear them. Don’t bother tracking the animals though. That novelty wears off.
@@BretBaber Hi Bret, I was watching the View and they have a view your deals segment. They have half off products and I guess Fahlo had a Half off sale that day or week. After I purchased,Fahlo sent me an email for a free five piece jewelry set which was pretty cool.. You have to pay $10 shipping. I’m sure you can find deals if you keep checking. I still like the bracelets though after a year and I’m surprised I still wear them.

@VTcyclone ok, I have 7 and I did get a shark which is my favorite bracelet. They are nice quality specked gray beads. It’s so cool to see where all the animals hang out and how far they go! You’ll love it!

Also, I got multiple turtles and polar bears in the same order. At least they didn’t give me the same name, I heard some people got two of the same😊 I Still love these bracelets and wear them ❤
Yes, in the video I describe the quality and I will say they are very good quality beads. Though I did pay half price for it 10$. That’s about all I would pay for it.
@@crystal338 Damn. So they really are making banks. Making a bracelet like this costs less than a dollar. I thought the bracelet would connect to bluetooth on our phone or at least do something.
I saw it too before I bought, but I think they just track a handful of animals. But I really don’t get the turtle thing. Even if it got stuck in a current… I mean, this thing went back and forth miles each day. I don’t think so 🤔
..and I bought thinking it could be a scam, but I didn’t care because it is a cute idea, the bracelets are pretty, and makes a great gift that’s was only 10$
@@crystal338 it isn't a scam. There are several other websites promoting ads who sell necklaces and whatnot of turtles and dolphins etc - they're the scammers. I know so because I was initially going to buy a necklace from one of the scam sites, but just before purchasing i went to the original conservatory websites to check only to find out that they're aware of the scam sites and are also troubled since their customer support is over burdened by the people purchasing from the scam sites. And they've listed Fahlo as the only legit marketplace which they've collaborated with. Fahlo is basically an official sponsor of these conservatory organisations.
I got 2 each for my brother and his fiancé for xmas. I love the idea of it but seeing review videos I’m pretty disappointed that they would plastic wrap the bracelets rather than using something more sustainable.
Beware - This is a rip-off!!! No card with animal name. Tracking doesn't work. The bracelet isn't even that nice. I bought because I thought it would be fun to track a sea turtle.
No i have one for a Shark and it works fine. It looks nice, but if you buy it at a store, it doesn’t come with the animal card. Only if you buy it online
