Thanks for your video. 1) what do you mean of deciding to be locally or globally? And 2) How we have the valves that are F.C but push to Close or F.O and push to open? for example actuator 667 fisher.

Don't you want your controller output setup to mean 0% is always fully closed in the field and 100% is always fully open in the field regardless of fail action? To do this we reverse the CO %/mA so that 0% is 4mA for a FC valve and 0% is 20mA for a FO valve. You then have direct or reverse acting relays in the positioners.
