My personal record is 64K in one day, 4 hours of sleep and 20 hours of walking, dancing and exercising. Btw my smart watch is always counting more steps than smart band. Samsung Health in mobile counts usualy 1/3 of smart watch results. Interesting channel. You have lovely accent. Any chance for some videos in Dutch? Or you speaking German? I find Dutch accent while speaking German absolutely fantastic.
