Sanding the shaft of the blower. And spitting it with some wd-40 on the shaft so it can go through the seams will be your best friend in these situations. Also recommend investing in a motor puller/fan blade puller. I believe the supco one is $60-70. Definitely worth the price to make it easier on ya
Fire vid as always bro🫡🔥btw i wouldve used some kroil oil on the shaft and sanded it down or use a wire brush to remove the rust so it comes off easier but other than that great work💪🏼stay up bro
I am wondering about filming during work, did you ask your service manager or someone if you could possibly film and post content while on the clock? However on the other hand, is it like you just doing your own thing and just doing it anyway? I am a service tech as well and was wanting to do the same thing so I’m just curious.
If possible I try to avoid Johnstone, they are usually the most expensive, usually their parts guys think they know more they the techs, some went to a/c school but were too lazy to do the hard work.
