as someone who it's normal to be fainting once or twice a week, I love this(if someone is out for more than 3 minutes call an ambulance because it can be dangerous if there out for longer)
Ya I have Vertago which is when you sit up or move your head too fast you can get extremely lightheaded, dizzy, and in some cases like mine fainting is also possible. I faint a lot so ya I feel you I have pillows on the floor so if I faint I don’t crack my head open and I have gone to the hospital because of this so ✨☁️❤️☁️✨pillows✨☁️❤️☁️✨
He hit the nail on the head with the dehydration comment, I often either ignore thirst or just don't feel it. Just another result of going to public school (I trained myself to not feel thirsty because there wasn't enough time to use the bathroom and a dehydrated person doesn't pee much).
When I was at school we had two buildings we had the main building and then the senior building I always went to the senior building because the bathroom were always clean and people rarely used them

Omg this is actually what it sounds like when I faint (Yes it happened occasionally but I've gotten use to it) the ringing as everything gets quiet, then I zonk out still being able to hear occasional things (typically just muffled sounds but sometimes footsteps) and then the not knowing how long I've been out for.
I actually so appreciate his not calling for an ambulance, because I *absolutely would not* have appreciated having an ambulance called over fainting. I actually had that happen once (I was at a CPR class, and I'm an easy fainter; word of advice to all aspiring lifeguards out there, make sure your CPR class knows if you're an easy fainter _before_ you start the training videos or whatever you want to call them - they tend to overreact if you collapse). Worst feeling of my life.
I had a really small breakfast this morning and then didn't have lunch until late in the afternoon, plus I have a history of fainting if I don't have enough to eat, so while I haven't fainted, I was definitely worried about it and I think I came close to it. Now was the perfect time for this to pop up in my recommended!

I’ve only really fainted like twice. Both were because of low iron, which makes me dizzy and my vision blurry, also a ringing sound and a small headache forms but usually I ignore it and continue doing what I’m doing at that moment, which is normally walking. But these two times: one was in the office with my dog, I don’t remember falling but I know when I opened my eyes I was on the ground in a ball clutching my head. My dog did nothing (thanks gunner) The other time I was just standing there and it happened again this time I fell backwards and very faintly felt my back fall against my dresser or something

I’ve passed out a few times and all honestly the ringing and the fading of sound is very much what happens, though I’ve always been alone when it happens so I usually have to calm myself down… usually I’m rather upset so the listener on here seemed very calm, it was amazingly done though ☺️

I'm quite suprised that i never fainted before. I have a low blood pressure, and every time i stand up, i have to sit down again. And yet i never fainted before🤷♀️
this vid is a bit old, but one time i fainted in front of my boyfriend (ex now) and all he did was yell at me cause i was holding a glass and it broke, he said i ruin everything and then forced me to pick up the glass after he screamed at me. anyways, this video is very good and it helped me not be insecure or sad about when i fainted. ur a very good asmrist
