Hi Ciaran, I don't own the copyright to the footage, it was filmed by two missionary priests, Father Patrick Malone & Father Brendan Gibbons. Both had family connections in and around Westport, County Mayo. I edited them together and put them on my channel Idle Wall. The music I used is copyrighted by Ken Pearlman.If your movie is to be used on your youtube channel and not for monetary gain, I cant see a problem using it.The music you'd have to change as I "borrowed" it.If you do decide to use it, please give credit to the two priests that took it... as well as my channel.Kind RegardsIdle Wall

Hello, I was just wondering if it is ok to use 3 seconds of footage from this film in a not for profit piece of art that I am doing with three other artists in Westmeath. It's a community project about elderly people talking about growing up in the 50's. Thanks it would make their day to have the clip in the film.

@@joankelly3690 evolved in to what exactly? A country that legalised the murder of children in the womb? That allows same sex marriage and now talk of euthenasia? Only a person with an agenda to push or quite frankly has something wrong with them would be ok with such things. I watch these clips to reflect on a time when people had self respect and family meant everything to them. When people had something to offer besides a pathetic narrow minded evil modernist opinion. Our country is in serious trouble and people need to wake ths fuck up.
