Fair Play Penalty That Shocked The World Watch in this video the legendary moments of fair play in football. 🎧: Elektronomia & RUD - Memory [NCS Release] #football #penalty #fairplay
players like this melt my heart. It shows great sportsmanship and attitude, that's the real spirit of the sport. Not tricks, not winning at all cost. Fair play makes the game competitive and great.
Many, many bravos to all the players and referees involved in this video! They gave us all a lesson on what fair play and real athleticism are all about!
@@garrysmith5562 Refs are doing their best, sometimes doing your best is just not enough and you need a touch of humanity and honesty to come to your help.
@@hikingwiththeshackletons yea that’s true but, it’s also competition referees will make bad calls against you sometimes as well, so it’s hard to let thousands of your fans down to be the nice guy. However in the world it should happen more especially
@@enlightensean1598 you calm down. It's the comments section ok. Say your comment on this but oh no just the usual nasty juvenile sarcasm from a no brainer on RU-vid. Go back to Twitter.
Good to see some refs change their mind when the players who were awarded penalties tell them it’s not a foul. You would never get Mike Dean do that, he’d most likely send the player off for telling him he’s made the wrong decision.
Heroes??? Most of them dived to win the penalty and assumed they faked the fall... So now they are heroes, what about the ones they faked the rest of their carreer? Humble guys for once sure, but not heroes
Most of these clips aren't even serious matches. In the major leagues, when there's a lot of money on stake it's hard to lose opportunities such as penalties, even if it's won in the wrong way.
@@flashraya8672one who is not a bastard ... a man who plays fair play ... it doesn't matter if it's the lowest league or the semifinals of the euro. Sterling may play well, but he's a bad player overall because he has no character
I didn't really follow soccer until about 12 years ago. The athleticism, sportsmanship, and stamina of the players has impressed me tremendously. I love the fans devotion to their favorite team.
True, but some of these incidents did involve big clubs. You are correct though, because these are very rare at the highest level. It is one of the reasons I do not watch these overpaid divas anymore. Doing their best to cheat at any cost.
The sportsmanship of Zidane’s headbutt and CR7’s diving is amazing. The reason why I watch football. Refs who go after them are just jealous they can’t kick nuts.
Perhapse, but they are footballers after all. So, I would be surprised if they turn down a penalty seeing as they all tend to dive as soon as they get inside the box.
@@mahatmaniggandhi2898 So the ref who is a fully internationally qualified ref said it was a pen, VAR, who is also a fully qualified international ref, said it was a pen, the director of UEFA said it was a pen, but you, some nobody from cloud cuckoo land, said it was a dive???
Maybe I'm blind, but I didn't get it... That was still a foul, right? Or did he refuse the penalty because of the advantage they had with the shot immediately afterwards (although it only hit the crossbar)...?
The last game is Liverpool vs. Arsenal. It was the first match I ever went to and I was sat right behind the goal. What you don’t see in the video is that Robbie Fowler tells the referee it wasn’t a penalty and he makes him take it anyway. So he points where he is going to shoot and the keeper David Seaman dives and saves it… AMAZING…you’re thinking. Until their midfielder scores the rebound and runs off celebrating 😭 we lost
I've always wondered why Fowler gets any credit for that one. He dives, then aims the penalty in the corner when he could have just missed or rolled it to Seaman.
I was at that game too and was about to say something similar. All these sporting penalties, missing on purpose, after opposition players have said it wasn't a penalty. Then there's Liverpool.....
Excellent upload suggest to me that there may be a future for this sport in terms of its relationship with ordinary fans. Has no one noticed the appalling human rights violations in Qatar - In construction , preparation for the World Cup????????
Imagine that happening in the champs league final ? Sportsmanship would go flying right out the window , top corner !! i know you never touched me there pal , but come on its 0 each and the clocks on 89 minutes 😁
To be fair all these clips were from many years ago and the vast majority of them were in matches that didn't count for anything. Nowadays everyone collapses in agony if a player touches their arm. Everything nowadays is about money and sportsman is almost gone.
When you do it once you kind of build the reflex of doing it again. Also, when I'm about to fall I prefer to dive or roll to make sure I don't get hurt.
